Welcome! I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and adolescents across a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and LGBTQIA+ related experiences. I am committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive space where individuals from all backgrounds feel seen, respected, and supported. I work with clients of all faiths, sexual orientations, gender identities, and cultural backgrounds, and I value the unique experiences that shape who you are.
My approach to therapy is grounded in a holistic perspective, recognizing the connection between emotional, physical, and overall well-being. While I value integrative and wellness-oriented approaches, my primary focus is ensuring that therapy is tailored to meet your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and work toward meaningful change at your own pace. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), while adapting my approach to best support each client’s unique situation.
My focus in therapy is to help you become the person you want to be, rather than trying to fit you into a predefined idea of what “healthy” or “normal” should look like. I believe there is no single standard of “normal.” Instead, our work will center on defining what feels meaningful, balanced, and authentic for you, and developing practical ways to help you move toward that vision.
My goal is to help you build the confidence and skills needed to navigate life independently. Therapy is not meant to be a lifelong necessity, but a supportive process that helps you move toward where you want to be. While challenges are a natural part of life, my aim is to help you feel prepared to face them with greater resilience and self-trust.
I believe that meaningful change is possible, and that therapy can serve as a foundation for growth, helping you develop the tools and insight needed to create a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with your values.
