Welcome!

My Background

Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I earned my BA in Psychology from UC Davis and my Master of Social Work from San Diego State University. I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, or ongoing stress. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported. I’m also trained in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and offer integration-focused therapy to help you gently process and make sense of those experiences, so they can lead to meaningful and lasting healing.

My Approach

I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the therapeutic alliance between myself and my clients. I am a warm, non-judgmental, empathetic person who is committed to meeting you where you are and helping you on your healing journey. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from a range of clinical modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

My Focus

I work from a developmental theoretical orientation, which means I understand people’s experiences and challenges in the context of their life span growth. I believe early relationships, environments, and key life transitions shape emotional patterns, coping strategies, and identity over time. My approach is grounded in the belief that development is ongoing, and that insight, support, and new experiences can foster meaningful change at any stage of life. I strive to create a collaborative and supportive space where clients can explore their histories, better understand themselves, and move toward healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

My Goals for You

My primary goal is to support you in improving your overall well-being and functioning. This often includes helping you gain insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop healthier coping strategies, and navigate challenges more effectively. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, build self-awareness, and work toward meaningful personal growth. Ultimately, the goal is to empower you to make changes that align with your values and lead to a more satisfying and balanced life.
