Hope Matters Institute accepts the following insurance and Pricing
For clients who have insurance providers other than ones listed above, Hope Matters Institute will offer help by providing clients with a superbill, which they can submit to their insurance when seeking reimbursement. For Insurance out-of-pocket payments, HMI accept Insurance credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel insurance within 24 hours or do not show up, you may be responsible for the full session fee.
