My Background
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in addiction and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, both from the University of Phoenix. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions and work towards meaningful, positive change.
My Specialities
I have specialized training and experience working with children, young adults, and women who have experienced domestic violence. My therapeutic specialties include trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and couples therapy.
My Experience
With more than 20 years of experience across a variety of settings and with diverse populations, I possess a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of issues, including couples counseling, domestic violence, family conflict, grief and loss, and anxiety. I am particularly passionate about working with couples, helping them navigate challenges and foster stronger, healthier relationships.
