My primary focus is on guiding clients to develop the autonomy and tools necessary to effectively acknowledge, process, and gain perspective on their emotions. Through a collaborative approach, I help individuals identify and address problematic themes and relationship patterns that impact their lives. By facilitating honest intellectual self-reflection and self-examination, clients gain insight into the underlying factors contributing to their psychological distress. I specialize in assisting individuals in resolving conflicts, processing trauma, and addressing repressed memories from early childhood experiences, enabling them to understand the impact of these experiences on their adult personality and behaviors. I place particular emphasis on the significance of early relationships, particularly with caregivers, and how these relationships influence one's personality development.
