Hello!
Professional Background
My path into mental health work began early, starting as a peer counselor in high school. That formative experience sparked a lasting commitment to helping others and led me to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following graduation, I worked extensively with neurodivergent children, an experience that deepened my understanding of development, family systems, and the importance of individualized care. This work ultimately inspired me to pursue a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Since completing my graduate training, I have worked across a range of clinical settings, including schools, in-home services, telehealth, and in-person therapy. I also have experience working with high-risk and court-mandated individuals, which has strengthened my ability to provide structured, ethical, and compassionate care while maintaining clear boundaries and accountability.
Area of Focus
I work with individuals, couples, families, and children who are navigating anxiety, major life transitions, trauma, and relational or emotional challenges. I am particularly drawn to working with clients who have experienced trauma, supporting them in building safety, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
